Cancellations made 14 days or more before the arrival date are completely free, and the full amount paid will be refunded.

Date changes are subject to availability and possible rate changes.

How to cancel or change your booking

  • If you booked directly on our website, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your name and booking dates.
  • If you booked through an external platform (Booking, Airbnb, etc.), manage the cancellation from that same platform, as their terms may differ.
  • We'll confirm the cancellation and, if applicable, the refund within a maximum of 48 hours.
